静态破碎技术处理高瓦斯矿井巷道悬顶的研究与应用 被引量:14

摘要 针对高瓦斯矿井回采工作面弧形三角区内临采空区巷道顶板悬顶距离过大的问题,提出用静态破碎处理的技术方案。在分析静态破碎的破岩机理基础上,利用声发射定位技术研究了破碎剂在石灰岩中的裂纹演化规律,结合阳煤集团三矿K8113工作面的实际情况,提出了回采巷道顶板静态破碎方案与技术参数,并进行了现场试验。工业性试验的结果表明:经过静态破碎技术处理回采巷道临采空区顶板悬顶以后,较之前相比可有效减小悬顶距离36%左右,满足了安全生产的要求。 For the problem of wide roadway roof overhang near gob in curved triangle in high-gas mining face, a method with static crushing was put forward. Based on rock breaking mechanism, the limestone cracks evolution with static crushing agents was proposed by using acoustic emission positioning technology. Combined with the actual situ- ation of K8113 face in the Third Cole Mine of Yangquan Coal, a solution and designed major parameters were provid- ed; in addition, the industrial test was performed in KS113 face. The test results showed that, the roadway near gob roof overhang distance with static crushing treatment reduced 36 percent than that without static crushing treatment, which fitted the safe production requirements well.
