Disposal Design and Scheme for Expired Rainfall Bomb

在废旧增雨弹销毁中,为安全、可靠、彻底的完成销毁工作,排除安全隐患。首先对销毁产品进行逐个鉴别,判断其物理化学性质;然后根据销毁安全技术要求结合实际情况选择合适的销毁方法与销毁场地;再根据销毁要求和安全措施对销毁弹坑、炸药单耗、销毁用药量、引爆方式等销毁方案技术参数进行精心设计;最后通过采取相应安全防范措施和确定警戒范围来保障销毁工作的顺利进行。结果表明:通过合理化设计、严格化施工和安全保障措施定能圆满完成增雨弹的销毁工作。

To dispose the waste rainfall bomb safely and completely, the physical and chemical properties were i- dentified firstly. According to the dispose requirements of safety technology, the appropriate destruction method and destruction site were chosen. Then the technique parameters were determined, including the destruction crater, explo- sive specific consumption, explosive charge, detonation mode. Finally, by taking the corresponding safety measures and alert zone setting,the destruction work was performed safely. Resuhs show that reasonable design, strict construc- tion and secure measures could carry out the disposal of rainfall bomb successfully.
