摘要
在建筑业内相对而言,拆除爆破工程项目周期短、规模小、行业市场容量小、高风险。项目特点决定了拆除爆破工程项目整体管理难度较低,但是安全管理、质量管理标准高。行业特点导致了拆除爆破施工企业管理人才欠缺,行业项目管理研究滞后。联系实际,分析了拆除爆破工程项目管理中存在的实际需求与问题,并从政府、业主、施工企业等多方角度,对整个拆除爆破项目流程各个阶段的管理工作重点进行了探讨,提出了旨在改善拆除爆破项目整体管理水平的建议。
In construction industry, due to the characteristic of blasting demolition projects with comparatively short period, small-scale, tiny market and high risk, it's difficult to manage the blasting demolition projects with high standard in safety and quality. Those characteristics lead to shortage of talents and low level of project management in explosive demolition construction enterprises. Based on practice engineering, the actual requirements and problems in explosive demolition project management were discussed. Considering all stages from multiple angles of government, proprietor and constructor, the related suggestions were put forward to improve the whole management level of blasting demolition projects.
