调控一体化在线数据挖掘与风险预警系统

The Online Data Mining and Risk Early Warning System for Integration of Dispatching and Supervisory Control

针对当前电网调度中心难以对监控和调度大数据进行全面分析的现状,提出调控一体化下在线数据挖掘和风险预警技术方案,通过关联分析,识别预警指标,实现对电网安全风险的预警。该系统目前已在山东调度中心得到应用,协助调度人员有效地理解海量监测数据中反映的电网运行状态关键信息,实现对电网运行状态的有效感知和调度控制的优化。

For the current status that the power grid control center is difficult to overall analyze the monitored and deployable large data,the technical proposal of online data mining and risk early warning are proposed for the integration of dispatching and supervisory control.The early warning of the grid security risk is realized by correlation analysis and identify early warning indicators.This system has been applied in Shandong dispatch center.System dispatchers oan better understand the operation status of power system and find key information from huge amount of monitoring data,so that dispatchers can implement effective perception of power grid operation state and optimize the dispatching control.
