摘要
目的:探讨针刺治疗方法治疗躯体化障碍患者后的疗效及是否可以作为安全疗法推广。方法:将149例躯体化障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组使用针刺疗法治疗4周,治疗前后用一系列指标检测临床疗效和安全性评估。结果:使用针刺疗法治疗后,患者的总有效率达到77.78%,显著高于对照组,且针刺治疗方式没有副作用。结论:针刺治疗对躯体化障碍疗效较好,且具有安全性。
Objective： To investigate clinical effects of acupuncture on somatization disorder. Methods： 149 patients with somatization disorder were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group received acupuncture for 4 weeks. The clinical effects and safety were evaluated by a series of indicators. Results： In the treatment group, the efficiency was 77.7%, much better than that in the control group, and no toxic side effects for patients. Conclusion： Acupuncture was effective and safe on somatization disorder.
