评价中风偏瘫患者实施针灸治疗的临床效果

Clinical effects of acupuncture on stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的:探讨对中风偏瘫患者实施针灸治疗的临床效果。方法:对我院从2012年7月-2013年8月收治的60例中风偏瘫患者进行回顾性分析,将其分对照组和试验组,每组各30例。试验组在西医的基础上采用针灸治疗,对照组采用西医方法治疗,观察分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果:试验组患者的治愈率为76.7%,与对照组进行比较,试验组治疗后的临床效果要高于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:在临床中,采用针灸中风偏瘫治疗较常规西医药物治疗有很好的疗效,并且还具有预防并发症的作用,可以提高疾病的治疗效果,值得在实际中推广。

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of acupuncture on stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods：60 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia were retrospectively analyzed, and divided into control group and test group, each group for 30 cases. The control group received the western medicine therapy, and the test group received acupuncture more. Clinical effects were observed. Results： After the treatment, the efficiency in the test group was 76.7%. Efficacy difference between groups was significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion： Acupuncture was effective on stroke hemiplegia and could prevent from complications, and worthy of promotion.
