不同经典方剂对肝内胆汁淤积大鼠病理组织学影响

摘要 目的:分析不同经典方剂对肝内胆汁淤积大鼠病理组织学的影响。方法:选取30只行肝内胆汁淤积造模大鼠,将其随机分为对照组(生理盐水)、A组(茵陈五苓散)以及B组(大柴胡汤剂)。结果:A组、B组胆管样上皮细胞明显减少、肝细胞明显增多、胶原纤维增生减少且肝组织纤维化程度较轻,且A组较B组明显。结论:方剂可有效改善BDL所引起的肝外胆汁淤积大鼠模型病理组织学改变,尤以茵陈五苓散效果最佳。 Objective: Analysis of different classic recipe for intrahepatic cholestasis histopathology in rats.Methods:30 intrahepatic cholestasis model rats,Randomly divided into control group (saline), A group (Yinchen Wulingsan) and group B (Dachaihu decoction). Results: A, B group significantly reduced bile duct-like epithelial cells, liver cells increased significantly, reducing the collagen fibers and a lesser degree of liver fibrosis. A group was compared with group B. Conclusion: Prescription improve the liver caused by external bile BDL histological changes in rat model of cholestasis, especially the Yinchen Wuling San best.
