摘要
目的:观察中医综合疗法治疗胸痹的临床效果。方法:对100例胸痹(慢性稳定性心绞痛)病人在辨证分型的基础上,采用内服中药汤剂(或中成药)、静脉滴注中药针剂及穴位贴敷的综合治疗方法进行治疗,并对其临床疗效进行回顾性统计。结果:显效56例,有效34例,无效10例,总有效率为90%。结论:中医综合疗法治疗胸痹(慢性稳定性心绞痛)具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of TCM therapy on thoracic obstruction. Methods： 100 cases of thoracic obstruction based on syndrome differentiation were studied for oral decoction in TCM, intravenous injection of TCM and acupoint therapy, and the clinical effect was retrospectively counted. Results： 56 cases were markedly effective; 34 cases were effective; 10 cases were ineffective; and the total efficiency was 90%. Conclusion： Comprehensive therapy in treating chest pain has a good clinical curative effect.
