桃核承气汤加减治疗输尿管结石(腑实证型)急性期100例的疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treating 100 cases of ureteral calculi with the Hetao Chengqi decoction

目的:观察桃核核承汤加减治疗输尿管结石的临床效果。方法:回顾分析我院自2003-2011年期间收治的100例输尿管结石患者的临床资料,采用桃核承气汤加减治疗,观察治疗效果,并结合文献进行讨论。结果:连续治疗2个疗程后,痊愈78例,好转16例,无效6例,总有效率占94.0%。结论:桃核承气汤加减治疗输尿管结石(腑实证型)疗效确切,有效率高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the peach nuclear commitments decoction on ureteral calculi. Methods： In our hospital from 2003 to 2011, 100 cases took the Hetao Chengqi decoction, observed efficacy, combined with the literature discussion. Results： After two consecutive courses of treatment, 78 cases were cured; 16 cases were improved; 6 cases were invalid. The total efficiency was 94.0%. Conclusion： Treating ureteral calculi （bowel real disease type） with the Hetao Chengqi decoction was effective, has high efficiency and is worthy of clinical promotion.
