疏肝消脂汤联合大黄虫丸治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效分析

A clinical efficacy analysis of treating fatty liver with the Shugan Xiaozhi decoction plus the Da Huangchong Wan

目的:观察疏肝消脂汤联合大黄虫丸治疗脂肪肝的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2011年2月-2013年2月期间在我院诊疗的104例脂肪肝患者的临床资料,按照治疗方案的不同将其分为观察组(52例)和对照组(52例)。对照组采用血脂康治疗,观察组采用疏肝消脂汤联合大黄虫丸治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果并行统计学对比。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为86.5%,对照组为63.5%,两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组优势明显。结论:采用疏肝消脂汤联合大黄虫丸治疗脂肪肝有效率高,疗效确切,用药安全方便,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Shugan Xiaozhi decoction plus the Da Huangchong Wan on fatty liver. Methods： A retrospective analysis of the clinical data from February 2011 to 2013 during the 104 cases of patients with fatty liver clinic in our hospital. According to the different treatment options divided into the observed group （52 cases） and control group （52 cases） and the control group Xuezhi Kang ; observed group were given the Shugan Xiaozhi decoction plus the Da Huangchong Wan. The treatment effect was observed comparing the two groups were statistically parallel. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.5%, 63.5% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Shugan Xiaoxhi decoction worm pill treatment of fatty liver was effective, convenient drug safety,without adverse reactions, worthy of clinical application.
