平肝熄风活血止痛法治疗偏头痛50例疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treating 50 cases of migraine by Pinggan Xifeng Huoxue Zhitong therapy

目的:探讨平肝熄风活血止痛法对偏头痛的治疗效果,从而为疾病的治疗提供科学的理论依据。方法:以我院在2012年12月-2013年12月收治的100例偏头痛患者作为研究对象,并随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各50例。其中对照组患者使用常规西药进行治疗,而实验组患者使用平肝熄风活血止痛法进行治疗,对比观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:实验组患者治疗总有效率为90%,而对照组患者治疗总有效率为78%,实验组治疗效果明显好于对照组。通过统计学方法进行检验分析,上述两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比较常规西药治疗方法,对偏头痛患者实施平肝熄风活血止痛法进行治疗,具有更好的治疗效果。因此,该方法值得在临床上进一步推广和使用。

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Pinggan Xifeng Huoxue zhitong therapy for migraine, so as to provide scientific theoretical basis for the treatment of diseases. Methods： 100 cases of migraine admitted in our hospital were considered as the research object from 2012 to 2013, and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group, 50 patients for each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine, while the patients in the experimental group were used Pinggan Xifeng Huoxue analgesic method. The treatment efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups of patients. Results： The total efficacy rate was 90% for the patients in the experimental group, while the total effective rate was 78% in the control group. The treatment efficacy of experimental group was significantly better than the control group. Using statistical methods to test and analysis, it was significant differences between these two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compared to traditional western medicine treatment methods, it had a better therapeutic effect for the implementation of Pinggan Xifeng Huoxue zhitong therapy for the patients with migraine. Therefore, this method was worth spreading and using in clinic.
