益气化瘀软坚饮治疗肢体动脉硬化闭塞症临床观察

Clinical observation on treating limb arteriosclerosis obliterans with the Yiqi Huayu Ruanjian decoction

目的:探讨分析益气化瘀软坚饮治疗肢体动脉硬化闭塞症的临床效果。方法:将临床收集的88例肢体动脉硬化闭塞症的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各44人。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上加用益气化瘀软坚饮。结果:观察组的总有效率(93.18%)优于对照组(70.45%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气化瘀软坚饮治疗肢体动脉硬化闭塞症能够取得比西药更好的临床效果,值得推广。

Objective： To investigate effects of the Yiqi Huayu Ruanjian decoction on limb arteriosclerosis obliterans. Methods：88 cases of limb arteriosclerosis obliterans were divided into treatment group and control group, each group for 44 cases. The control group received western medicine, and the treatment group received the Yiqi Huayu Ruanjian decoction more. Results： In the treatment group, the total efficiency was 93.18%, better than that in the control group （70.45%）. Efficacy difference between groups was significant statistically, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Compared with western medicine, the Yiqi Huayu Ruanjian decoction was effective on limb arteriosclerosis obliterans, and worthy of promotion.
