中医“肾主骨”理论指导膝骨性关节炎治疗临床疗效的探讨

Clinical effects of TCM kidneys bone theory on knee osteoarthritis

目的:探讨中医"肾主骨"理论指导膝骨性关节炎治疗的临床疗效。方法:选择膝骨性关节炎患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机分组的方式将患者分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组以中医肾主骨理论为基础进行中医补肾强筋治疗,对照组给予西医常规抗风湿性关节炎药物治疗,观察和比较两组的疗效。结果:观察组治愈8例,有效25例,总有效率82.5%;对照组治愈3例,有效22例,总有效率62.5%,两组总有效率比较,观察组显著高于对照组(x2=4.01,P<0.05)。结论:中医"肾主骨"理论指导膝骨性关节炎治疗的临床疗效显著优于西医常规药物治疗,能够有效地改善患者的各类临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective：To investigate effects of TCM kidneys bone theory on knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 80 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group for 40 cases. Patients in the observation group received TCM therapy, and the control group received anti-arthritis drugs. Effects were observed and compared. Results： In the observation group, 8 cases were cured;25 were effective. Total efficacy was 82.5%. In the control group, 3 cases were cured; 22 cases were effective. Total efficacy was 62.5%. Compared with the control group, total efficacy in the observation group was much better （x2=4.01,P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM kidneys bone theory was highly effective on knee osteoarthritis, and could improve quality of life of patients.
