化气通淋排石汤治疗泌尿系结石60例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 60 cases of urinary calculi with the Huaqi Tonglin Paishi decoction

目的:观察自拟方化气通淋排石汤治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法:将门诊确诊的85例泌尿系结石患者随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(25例),治疗组用自拟化气通淋排石汤治疗,对照组用常规液体冲击疗法治疗,15d为1个疗程,疗程结束后总结疗效。结果:治疗组中治愈39例,好转17例,无效4例,总有效率93.33%;对照组中治愈8例,好转11例,无效6例,总有效率76.00%;两组总有效率比较,P<0.05,治疗组优于对照组。结论:化气通淋排石汤治疗泌尿系结石疗效显著,具有临床研究价值。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the Huaqi Tonglin Paishi decoction on urinary calculi. Methods： 85 cases of urinary calculi in the outpatient were randomly divided into the treatment group （60cases） and the contrd group （25cases）. The treatment group was given the Tonglin Paishi decoction. The control group was given the conventional therapy of liquid shock. Both groups were given one course, 15 days in a course. After treatment, there was summarized efficacy. Results： 39 cases were cured, 17 cases were improved, 4 cases were nulled; the total efficiency was 93.33% in the treatment group. 8 cases were cured, 11 cases were improved, 6 cases were nulled; the total efficiency was 76.00% in the treatment group. The total efficiency in both groups were compared, P〈0.05. The total efficiency in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion： The Huaqi Tonglin Paishi decoction shows significant efficacy on urinary calculi ,was worthy of promotion.
