放血疗法治疗下肢静脉曲张疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treating varicose veins by bloodletting

目的:观察与分析放血疗法治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效。方法:随机选取93例下肢静脉曲张患者,且根据美国静脉学会CEAP分类法,将其分为标准组(C2-3)34例、湿疹组(C4-5)31例、溃疡组(C6)28例,均给予放血疗法,且对其效果进行观察,对数据进行统计、分析。结果:标准组、湿疹组、溃疡组总有效率分别达到100.00%、96.77%、92.86%,93例下肢静脉曲张者总有效90例,总有效率达96.77%,与无效率相比,P<0.01。结论:放血疗法在处理下肢静脉曲张方面经济、有效,值得推广。

Objective： To observe efficacy of bloodletting on varicose veins. Methods： According to American Vein Institute CEAP classification, 93 cases of varicose veins were divided into the standard group （C2-3） （34 cases）, eczema group （C4-5） （31 cases）, and ulcer group （C6） （28 cases）. By receiving bloodletting, efficacy was observed and the dates were processed. Results： The total efficiency was 100.00% （the standard group）, 96.77% （the eczema group） and 92.86% （ulcer group） respectively. 90 cases were effective; the total efficiency was 96.77%; comparing with inefficient,P〈0.01. Conclusion： Treating varicose veins by bloodletting is economical and effective, worthy of promotion.
