充血性心力衰竭的中医护理效果

Effect of TCM nursing on congestive heart failure

目的:探讨对充血性心力衰竭患者采用中医护理获得的临床效果。方法:选取我院2011年3月-2013年3月充血性心力衰竭患者102例,通过随机数表法将所有充血性心力衰竭患者分为C1组(观察组51例)与C2组(对照组51例)。C2组给予常规护理;C1组给予中医护理。对比两组充血性心力衰竭患者完成护理获得的临床效果。结果:在患者护理质量评分、焦虑情绪评分以及抑郁情绪评分方面,C1组显著高于C2组患者(P<0.05);在患者临床护理满意度方面,C1组明显高于C2组患者(P<0.05)。结论:针对充血性心力衰竭患者,对其实施中医护理后,患者可以得到充分的休息,并且可以有效地避免呼吸道感染的情况。实施心理护理以及饮食调理后,患者的临床症状表现亦可得到显著的缓解,在提高患者的生活质量方面表现出重要的意义。

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of TCM nursing on congestive heart failure. Methods： Patients with congestive heart failure in our hospital were selected as research object. 102 cases patients with congestive heart failure were divided into C1 group （observation group, 51 cases） and C2 group （control group, 51 cases）.Patients in C2 group received conventional care. Patients in C1 group received TCM nursing. Nursing effects in both groups were compared. Results： In C1 group, the scores of nursing quality, Anxiety score, and depression score were much better than those in C2 group （P〈0.05）. In C1 group, the clinical nursing satisfaction was better than that in C2 group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： By the TCM nursing, patients with congestive heart failure were fully rested, and the infection of the upper respiratory tract was effectively avoided. Through psychological nursing and dietary conditioning, patient’s clinical symptoms have significantly alleviated, with great significance in enhancing the patient’s quality of life.
