摘要
在全球化与区域一体化的驱动下,构建现代化的交通网络系统成为实现区域协调与可持续发展的重要路径。京津冀区域交通最大的障碍在于没有规划、建设、运输、管理的"一张图"。由此,京津冀现代化交通网络系统的建设,既要抓紧推进路网基础设施的硬件建设,打通"限行路"和"瓶颈路",让海路空地(铁)各种交通工具和线路互联、互通、结网;又要围绕经济中心、中心城市形成交通枢纽,还要瞄准新的增长极、新经济区和新城镇展开建设;更要突出解决交通网络系统的软件设施一体化,实现政策统一化、服务信息化、技术标准化、管理协调化、运营市场化。
Along with the drive of globalization and regional integration, a modern transportation network has become an important path to realizing the regional coordination and sustainable development. The biggest obstacle of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei lies in a shortage of a comprehensive programming of planning, construction, transport and management. Therefore, in order to connect all kinds of traffic tools and lines, we must untie all the knots, and pay close attention to the construction of hardware infrastructure. We must not only build the traffic hub around the economic center and the central city, but also aim at the new growth pole, the new economic zone and the construction of new towns, The key to a unified policy, service information, standardized technology, coordinated management and marketable operation lies in the software facility integration of traffic network.
