经济新常态下京津冀产业协同与发展研究——以电子信息制造产业为例

Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Industrial Synergy under a New Normal of China's Economy— — Taking Electronic Information Industry for Example

当前我国经济正处于经济增长速度换挡期、结构调整阵痛期、前期刺激政策消化期"三期叠加"的发展阶段,从区域科学的角度来看,区域经济协调发展将成为我国未来区域经济发展的新常态。电子信息产业是京津冀地区的重要先导和战略性产业,也是京津冀产业协同的重要载体与支撑,如何实现合理的产业分工及产业转移成为三地协同发展的重大课题。本文分析三地电子信息产业发展现状与协同制约因素,从构建顶层协同制度、三地错位发展、重塑拓展产业链、构建创新共同体四个方面提出对策建议,推进京津冀电子信息产业区域协同发展。

China＇s economy is currently at a ＂three-phase superposition＂ stage of development which consists of shift of economic growth, structural adjustment and the pre-stimulus digestion. From the view of regional science, regional economic coordinated development will become new normal of the regional economic development in the future. Electronic information industry is not only an important pilot and strategic industry of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region but also an indispensable carrier of industry coordination in the region. How to realize the reasonable industrial division of labor and industrial relocation has become the major issue of regional integration. In this article, we anal- yzed the status quo in electronic information industry development and the restriction factor of the integration, put forward suggestions on collaborative development of the region, expansion of the industrial chain, thuspromoting the coordinated development of electronic information industry in the region.
