摘要
高校学术期刊作为我国学术期刊的生力军和重要组成部分,其编辑敬业度的高低对高校学术期刊学术水平的高低和学术影响力的强弱有重要影响,研究如何提升高校学术期刊编辑的敬业度,最大限度地发挥和调动编辑的主动性、创造性具有重要意义。从用人单位和工作者自身两大方面具体分析了影响编辑敬业度的主要因素,在此基础上有针对性地提出了相应对策,以期提升高校学术期刊编辑的敬业度,促进高校学术期刊的健康发展。
UniversityacademicjoumalsconstituteamajorpartofChineseacademicjournals. The work engagement of these academic journal editors profoundly determines the quality and the academic influence of these journals. Therefore, it is of great significance to study effective engagement of university academic journal editors, thus maximizing and mobilizing their initiative and creativity. This paper elaborates on the main factors that may affect editor's engagement from the perspective of both the employers and working staff. Accordingly, some strategies and countermeasures are proposed to promote the engagement of university academic journal editors.
