小儿疝手术治疗中美容缝合法应用的价值分析

The application of cosmetic suture in pediatric hernia surgery

目的研究小儿疝手术治疗中美容缝合法应用的价值。方法选取2012年1月至2014年6月收入我院的行小儿疝手术的患者70例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例。其中,对照组使用传统方法缝合患儿切口,治疗组使用美容缝合法缝合患儿切口,术后随访6个月,并对两组患者的术后切口愈合情况进行评价。结果所有患者均为Ⅰ期愈合切口。对照组内切口为缝线痕迹的共22例(占62.85%),切口痕迹较宽,常出现痒、痛等症状,色红、切口高出皮肤、质地硬,对切口愈合情况家长不满意;部分切口瘢痕增生的9例(占25.71%),有痒或痛等症状,质地硬、切口高出皮肤、色淡,对切口愈合情况家长不太满意;4例患儿切口愈合情况很好,家长很满意(占11.42%)。治疗组内,患者切口呈线状愈合33例(占94.28%),切口线状愈合,无痒痛等情况,质地软、平坦、色淡,切口颜色接近正常皮肤。切口呈不明显的瘢痕,对切口愈合情况家长很满意,切口略呈瘢痕增生的2例(占5.71%),产生原因主要是切口在术后被污染,对切口愈合情况家长不太满意。两组相比,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论使用美容缝合法对小儿疝手术中的切口进行缝合,切口在术后愈合良好,愈合后未见缝线的瘢痕,受到了患儿及家长的好评,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effects of cosmetic suture in pediatric hernia surgery. Methods 70 cases of pediatric hernia surgery patients who hospitalized in our hospital during January2010 and June 2014 were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group. Patients in treatment group received cosmetic suture method while patients in control group received traditional suture method. They were followed up for 6 months and their clinical effects were compared. Results The incisions of the 70 cases in both groups were all undergoing primary healing. The incisions in 33 cases（ 94. 28%） in treatment group showed linear healing without obvious scar development. Patients＇ parents were satisfied with the healing outcome. The remaining 2 cases（ 5. 71%） in treatment group showed minimal scar development and this development was related to post operation incision contamination. The 22 cases（ 62. 85%） in control group showed marks of incision suture and 9 cases（ 25. 71%） showed partial scar development. The patients＇ parents were not satisfied with the incision appealing. The remaining 4 cases（ 11. 42%） in control group showed satisfied healing appearance. Conclusions The application of cosmetic suture in pediatric hernia surgery showed satisfied healing appearance with no scar development,worth of clinical promoting.
