摘要
人类正步入对话时代。对话具有语言、社会和文化的意义。教学与对话紧密相联,教学对话古已有之,但在非对话时代,它仅是一种教学技术。只有在对话时代,作为教学精神的教学对话才逐渐演变为对话教学。对话教学具有"平等意识"的伦理价值观、"关系思维"而非"对象思维"的思维方式、"对话教学论"而非"讲授教学论"的教学方法论和"对话教学"而非"独白教学"的教育实践形态。理论的思考启发实践的探究。营造平等、宽容、沟通与合作的教学氛围,探索良好的问答形式,构建平等与互动的师生关系和摸索具体的课堂对话策略不失为对"对话教学"的实践观照。
Human beings are moving in the era of dialogue. Dialogue has the language, social and cuhural signifi- cance. Teaching and dialogue are closely linked. In ancient times there were teaching dialogue, but in an era of no dialogue, it is only a kind of educational technology. Only in the time of the dialogue, teaching dialogue considered to be the teaching spirit only gradually evolves into the dialogue teaching. Dialogue teaching has the equal consciousness of ethical values, "relational thinking" rather than "object thinking" way of thinking, "dialogue teaching" rather than "teaching of teaching theory" of teaching methodology and "dialogue teaching" rather than "monologue teaching" in the education practice. Thinking about the theory inspires the practice of exploration. There are some implementation strategies in terms of dia- logue teaching: creating the teaching atmosphere of equality, tolerance, communication and cooperation, exploring the good questionand answer form, building equality and mutual relationship between teachers and students and groping for specific classroom dialogue strategy.
