中西医结合治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染的疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treating helicobacter pylori infection with combine traditional Chinese and western medicine

目的分析中西医结合治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染的疗效。方法 2011年5月16日至2014年5月15日,从我院收治的幽门螺旋杆菌感染患者中抽取162例患者作为研究对象,随机分成两组,对照组的患者给予西医治疗,实验组的患者给予中西医结合治疗的方法,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组的患者,两组对比差异显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论使用中西医结合治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染相较于单使用西医进行治疗,疗效好,治愈率高,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of helicobacter pylori infection. Methods 162 patients infected with helicobacter pylori during May16,2011 and May 15,2014 were chose as the research object,they were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group were given the treatment of western medicine,while the patients in experimental group patients received the treatment of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine. Therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The effect of experimental group was better than that of control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of helicobacter pylori infection present better curative effect and high cure rate compared with western medicine,it worthy of promotion.
