曲美他嗪联合稳心颗粒治疗不稳定性心绞痛的价值

Value of Trimetazidine combined with Wenxin Granule in treatment of unstable angina pectoris

目的探讨曲美他嗪与稳心颗粒联合治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取76例不稳定性心绞痛患者,按数字表法分为观察组和对照组各38例,所有患者均给予常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予曲美他嗪联合稳心颗粒治疗。结果观察组有效率明显高于对照组;治疗14 d后心绞痛发作次数、持续时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论曲美他嗪联合稳心颗粒有利于改善患者心绞痛症状,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine combined with Wenxin Granule in the treatment of unstable angina. Methods 76 patients with unstable angina were divided into observation group and control group according to the number table method,38 cases in each group,all patients were given conventional treatment,patients in the control group were given trimetazidine on the basis of conventional therapy,patients in the observation group were given Wenxin Granule on the basis of treatment as control group.Results The effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group,after treatment about 14 d,the frequency and duration about angina pectoris were significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions Trimetazidine combined with Wenxin Granule is conducive to improve the symptoms of angina pectoris,and improve the treatment effect.
