16排螺旋CT血管造影在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值

Application value of 16 slice spiral CT angiography in diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms

目的探讨16排螺旋CT血管成像在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的临床价值。方法采用东芝Activion16排多层螺旋CT扫描仪对30例颅内多发肿瘤患者进行检查,分别给予MSCT平扫、MSCTA检查。比较MSCT平扫、MSCTA检查结果。结果经检查30例患者多数伴有单发动脉瘤,MSCTA检出率明显高于MSCT平扫结果(96.67%vs 80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.04,P<0.05);MSCTA与临床诊断结果符合率较高(100%vs 96.67%),差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.02,P>0.05)。结论 16排螺旋CT血管造影技术能有效诊断颅内动脉瘤的存在,诊断率高,能为临床治疗提供重要的依据。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of 16 slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Methods 30 patients with multiple intracranial tumors were examined by using Toshiba Activion16 multi-slice spiral CT scanner,received plain MSCT scan and MSCTA examination. MSCT plain scan and MSCTA examination results was compared. Results In 30 patients,there was mostly patients with single aneurysm,the detection rate of MSCTA was significantly higher than that of plain MSCT scan results（ 96. 67% vs 80%）,there was statistically significant（ χ2= 4. 04,P〈0. 05）. There was high coincidence rate about the results of MSCTA and clinical diagnosis（ 100% vs 96. 67%）,there was no significant difference（ χ2= 1. 02,P〈0. 05）. Conclusions 16 slice spiral CT angiography is effective in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. The diagnosis rate is high. It can provide an important basis for the clinical treatment.
