微创动力髋治疗老年股骨转子间骨折

摘要 目的探讨微创动力髋治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2012年5月至2014年8月期间我院骨科通过微创动力髋治疗老年股骨转子间骨折患者。结果发现微创技术治疗老年患者股骨转子间骨折具有切口小,创伤小,出血少,手术时间短,术后疼痛轻微,患肢功能获得早期锻炼等优点。结论微创;DHS;老年患者; Objective To explore the curative effect of minimally invasive dynamic hip in the treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods The elderly patients, who suffered from femoral intertrochanteric fracture and received the treatment of minimally dynamic invasive hip in our hospital during May 2012 and August 2014, were enrolled this study. Results Treating senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture with minimally invasive technique has the advantages including small incision, small trauma, less bleeding, shorter operation time, slight postoperative pain and get early limb function exercise, etc.
