高职护生抑郁和焦虑的现况调查与分析

Survey on depression and anxiety of nursing students in vocational school

目的通过现况调查,了解高职护生在校期间抑郁和焦虑的情况,探讨有效的干预措施。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,在某高职院校护理专业学生中,使用抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表、青少年生活事件量表进行抑郁和焦虑情况筛查,并对相关影响因素进行分析。结果高职护生的抑郁和焦虑的影响因素中,专业态度、实习态度、专业自信三个自变量与抑郁的发生相关(P<0.05),生活事件与抑郁和焦虑的发生有显著相关(P<0.001)。结论高职护生在校期间焦虑和抑郁等心理问题普遍存在;高职院校应根据相关影响因素采取有效的干预措施,促进护生的心理健康。

Objective Through a survey about higher vocational nursing students in school during the depression and anxiety situation,explore effective interventions. Methods Of stratified cluster sampling method was used,in nursing specialty students in higher vocational colleges using self-rating depression scale and selfrating anxiety scale,teenage life events scale screening for depression and anxiety,and an analysis of the relevant factors. Results Of vocational nursing students ＇ depression and anxiety influence factors,professional attitude,the attitude,the professional confidence of three independent variables related to depression（ P〈0. 05）,life events and occurrence of depression and anxiety were significantly related（ P〈0. 001）. Conclusions In higher vocational nursing students in school during the widespread psychological problems such as anxiety and depression; higher vocational colleges shall be based on the relevant factors affecting the adoption of effective interventions,promoting the mental health of nursing students.
