强化安全教育对骨科患者护理安全管理的影响

Influence of strengthening safety education on nursing safety management of patients in department of orthopedics

目的观察强化安全教育对骨折患者护理安全管理的影响。方法将我院骨科自2010年2月至2012年2月未实施强化安全管理前收治的45例患者作为对照组,同时将2012年3月至2014年3月实施强化安全管理后收治的45例患者观察组,对比观察两组患者意外事件发生率,统计护理期间两组患者的投诉率与满意程度。结果护理期间,观察组跌倒1例,压疮2例,整体不良事件发生率为6.6%;对照组烫伤2例,自伤2例,跌倒4例,压疮5例,总发生率为28.9%。观察组与对照组相比差异明显(P<0.05);观察组1例投诉,44例满意,满意率为97.8%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在骨科患者的安全管理中,实施强化安全教育方案,不仅可降低医疗纠纷发生率,减少意外事件的发生,同时可优化护理质量,提高患者对护理的满意度,值得推广。

Objective To observe the influence of strengthening safety education on nursing safety management of patients in department of orthopedics. Methods 45 cases admitted in the department of orthopedics in our hospital before the implementation of strengthen safety management（ February 2010 to February2012） were enrolled as control group,another 45 patients treated in our hospital during March 2012 and March2014 after the implementation of strengthen safety management were chose as observation group,compared the accident incidence rate of the two groups,recorded the complaints rate and degree of satisfaction during the period of nursing care. Results During the period of nursing care,1 cases felled and 2 cases had pressure sores of observation group,the overall incidence of adverse events was 6. 6%. In control group,2 cases of burnt,2 cases of self injury,fell occurred in 4 cases,pressure ulcer in 5 cases,the total incidence was 28. 9%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. In observation group,1 case with complaint,44 cases felt satisfied,satisfaction rate was 97. 8%,which was significantly higher than 80% of control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions In the safety management of orthopedic patients,the implementation of strengthen safety education program can not only reduce the incidence of medical disputes and occurrence of accident,but also can optimize the quality of care,improve patients＇ satisfaction,its worthy of promotion.
