鼻咽癌组织中Gli-1表达与淋巴管新生及淋巴结转移的关系

摘要 目的:探讨鼻咽癌组织中Gli-1蛋白表达与淋巴管新生及淋巴结转移的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术检测69例鼻咽癌及15例正常鼻咽上皮组织Gli-1蛋白表达和淋巴管密度(LVD),分析Gli-1蛋白表达水平与鼻咽癌患者临床病理特征及LVD之间的关系。结果:Gli-1蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达高于正常鼻咽上皮(P<0.01),并且Gli-1蛋白表达与肿瘤淋巴管密度(r=0.464,P<0.01)和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论:Gli-1在鼻咽癌过度表达可能调控淋巴管新生和促进淋巴结转移。 Objective: To investigate the Gli-1 protein expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its correlation with lymph node metastasis and lymphangiogenesis. Methods. Immunohistochemistry (IHC) was applied to detecting the Gli-1 expression and lymphatic vessel density (LVD) in 69 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinomas and 15 cases of normal nasopharyngeal epithelial tissues, and the re lationship between Gli-1 protein expression and the clinicopathological characteristics and lymphatic vessel density (LVD) in tumors were analyzed. Results: Gli-1 protein expression level in nasopha ryngeal carcinoma cells was clearly more abundant than that in the normal nasopharyngeal epithelial cells (P〈0.01), and the increased expression of Gli-1 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinomas was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis (P〈0.05). Moreover, Gli-1 expression was correlated with high lymphatic vessel density (r=0. 464,P〈0.01). Conclusion. The over expression of Gli-1 plays a crucial role in regulating the lymph angiogenesis and promoting the metastasis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
