激素治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血疗效观察

Effect of hormone on the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的:探讨激素对围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效。方法:将围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组患者采取刮宫治疗,观察组患者在进行刮宫治疗后再使用激素进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗结果进行对比分析。结果:观察组治愈率为93.33%明显好于对照组的23.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的复发率为0,明显低于对照组的46.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者在进行刮宫治疗后,激素辅助治疗能明显提高治疗效果。

Objective：To analyze the effect of hormone on perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods：60patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomized into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases each.The control group received curettage treatment,while the observation group were treated curettage,followed by the hormone treatment.The treatment effect of both groups were analyzed and compared.Results：The curative effect of the observation group（93.33%）was more obvious than that of the control group（23.33%）,which was of statistical difference（P〈0.05）;the recurrence rate of the observation group（0）was lower than that of the control group（46.67%）,which was of statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding,curettage treatment followed by adjuvant therapy of hormone can obviously improve the effect.
