音乐护理联合舒适体位缓解婴幼儿接种疼痛的应用效果

Application effect of music interference combined with comfortable body position on relieving infant vaccination pain

目的:探讨音乐护理联合舒适体位缓解婴幼儿接种疼痛的应用效果。方法:将我院行预防接种的150例婴幼儿分为研究组及对照组各75例。对照组采取常规注射操作,研究组在此基础上应用音乐护理联合舒适体位干预。结果:研究组改良儿童疼痛行为评分(MBPS)评分、哭闹时间及心率变化分值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:音乐护理联合舒适体位可以有效缓解婴幼儿接种时的疼痛程度。

Objective：To investigate the application effect of music interference combined with comfortable body position on relieving infants＇ vaccination pain.Methods：150cases of infants conducted vaccination were divided into the research group and the control group with 75 cases each.The control group took regular injection,while the research group adopt music interference combined with comfortable posture on the basis of regular injection.Results：MBPS,fussy periods and heart rate changing of the research group were lower than those of the control group,which were of statistical differences（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Music interference combined with comfortable body position can effectively relieve infant vaccination pain.
