摘要
膀胱过度活动症(OAB)是一种症候群,严重影响患者生活质量,其发病机理尚不十分明确,治疗主要针对缓解症状而不是病因,包括首选治疗和可选择治疗。笔者就OAB的治疗现状和展望作一综述。
Overactive bladder（OAB）is a kind of excessive activity syndrom,it can seriously affect the life qualities of patients.Because its pathogenesis remains unclear yet,the treatment will be aiming at relieving the symptoms rather than the causes,including the preferred treatment and the alternative treatment.The article reviews the current treatment status and prospect of OAB.
