摘要
目的建立油漆、稀释剂、胶黏剂等工作场所空气中正己烷等26种共存有机物,通过气相色谱同时分离、定性,提高职业病现场危害因素的识别能力和效率。方法用不同类型、不同规格的色谱柱对正己烷等26种共存有机物进行分离,用标准品对照法定性、FID检测器检测,确定其在各色谱柱中的分离和定性结果。结果 26种有机物在不同类型、不同规格的色谱柱条件下有不同的分离效果,采用其中任意一根色谱柱均不能将这26种共存有机物有效分离,准确定性。结论采用适宜的双柱定性即用DB-1柱(60 m×0.25 mm,1.00μm)对26种有机物进行初步定性,再采用DB-Wax柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm)对DB-1柱未能有效分离的有机物再次分离,用标准品对照法定性,可对油漆、稀释剂、胶黏剂等工作场所空气中正己烷等26种共存有机物进行有效的分离和准确定性。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneously separating and identifying 26 organic compounds in the air of workplace with paints, diluents, and adhesives, so as to consequently improve the capability and efficiency of occupational de- tection. Methods By using different capillary columns in different types and sizes, n - hexane and other 25 co - existant or- ganic compounds were separated. With standard substances method for identification and FID detector for detection, so as to en- sure the results of seperation and identification of them in the different capillary columns. Results The 26 organic compounds had different separation effects using different types and specifications of chromatographic columns. Any one of these columns of chromatography can't effectively separate and accurately identify the 26 coexisting organic compounds. Conclusion Using DB -1 column (60 m × 0.25 mm, 1.00 μm) for primary identification to the 26 organic compounds, and then using B -Wax column(30 m × 0.32 mm, 0.25 μm) for the reseparation and standard substance for identification confirmation, which could effectively separate and identify the 26 organic compounds in the air of paints, diluents, and adhesives workplace.
