Determination of volatile compounds in grape wine by static headspace-gas chromatography

摘要 目的建立静态顶空-气相色谱联用法测定萄萄酒中的乙醛、醇类和酯类等9种挥发性物质。方法取2.50 ml葡萄酒蒸馏样于10 ml顶空瓶中,60℃顶空25 min,顶空气经过DB-624色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm,1.8μm)分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果 9种化合物在3.13 mg/L^396.00 mg/L线性关系良好(r>0.999),各组分的检出限为0.022 mg/L^2.000 mg/L,平均加标回收率为81.6%~111.0%,相对标准偏差为0.53%~3.80%(n=6)。结论该方法的检测灵敏度高,检测结果准确,稳定性好,适用于葡萄酒中乙醛、醇类和酯类等挥发性物质的测定。 Objective To establish a static headspace -gas chromatography method for the determination of 9 volatile com- pounds including acetaldehyde, alcohols and esters in grape wine. Methods 2.50 ml distilled sample solution was transferred to 10 ml headspace vials with 60 ℃ for 25 min. The components were separated by column DB - 624 ( 30 m × 0.32 mm, 1.8 μm) and determined by FID detector. The component was identified by retention time and quantitative assessed by external standard method. Results The linear ranges of 9 volatile compounds were of 3.13 mg/L - 396.00 rag/L( r 〉 0. 999), detec- tion limits of each group were among 0.022 mg/L-2.000 mg/L. The average spiked recoveries ranged from 81.6% to 111.0% and RSDs were among 0. 53 % - 3.80% ( n = 6). Conclusion This method is sensitive, accurate and stable, suitable for the determination of acetaldehyde alcohols and esters and other volatile substance in wines.
