妊娠中、晚期孕妇外周血中性粒细胞VCS参数特点分析

Analysis of the neutrophil VCS parameters characteristic in peripheral blood of the middle and late pregnancy women

目的探讨LH750全自动血细胞分析仪检测妊娠中、晚期孕妇外周血中性粒细胞VCS参数特征。方法应用贝克曼-库尔特LH750全自动血细胞分析仪,检测57例健康妊娠中、晚期孕妇和61例健康育龄妇女的白细胞总数(WBC)、中性粒细胞百分比(NE)以及中性粒细胞VCS参数,包括中性粒细胞平均体积(MNV)、中性粒细胞体积分布宽度(MNV-SD)、中性粒细胞平均传导率(MNC)、中性粒细胞传导率分布宽度(MNC-SD)、中性粒细胞平均散射值(MNS)、中性粒细胞散射值分布宽度(MNS-SD)。结果妊娠组中性粒细胞VCS参数除MNS以及MNC-SD之外,其余各参数与对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中孕组和晚孕组中性粒细胞VCS参数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中性粒细胞VCS参数可以定量描述妊娠中、晚期孕妇中性粒细胞的形态特征,有利于了解细胞形态结构的变化。

Objective To investigate the characteristic of neutrophil VCS parameters in the late pregnant women. Methods By Beckman - Coulter LH750 automated hematology analyzer to analyze the VCS parameters including the mean neutrophil volume （MNV）, neutrophil volume distribution width（ MNV -SD）, mean neutrophil conductivity（ MNC）, neutrophil conductivity dis- tribution width（ MNC - SD）, mean neutrophil scatter（MNS） and neutrophil scatter distribution width（ MNS - SD） in 57 healthy pregnant women and 61 healthy childbearing age women. Results Except for the MNS and MNC - SD, all the parameters in the pregnancy group were significantly higher than that of the healthy group, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The differences of neutrophil VCS parameters weren＇ t statistically significant between the second and third trimes- ter of pregnancy women（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The VCS parameters can be used to reflect the morphological characteristics of neutrophils in pregnant women, and it is conductive to explore the changes of cell morphology and structure.
