Macao Real Estate: Economic Significance,Hongkong's Role and Industrial Cooperation

澳门经济的动态发展进程中,香港元素是一个不可忽视,也绕不开的因素。房地产业作为澳门四大传统支柱产业之一,随着澳门赌权的开放,与博彩旅游业一起,进入了产业成长的新阶段。香港元素在澳门房地产业运行中研究的经济带动力效能,显示出澳门房地产业发展对香港的依赖性。运用灰色关联度分析方法实证研究澳门房地产业与香港的关联性。计量结果表明,澳门房地产业对香港具有较强的依赖性,也存在着一定程度的融合性。因此,应充分利用香港元素对澳门房地产业的带动力效能,合理推动澳门房地产业的发展。

Hong Kong plays an important role in the process of dynamic development of Macao＇s economy. The real estate sector is one of the four traditional pillar industries , which is going into a new phase of industry growth, together with the gaming industry after the liberalization of the gaming industry in recent years. The economic effect of Hong Kong on the real estate industry of Macao shows that the real estate industry of Maeau is dependent on Hong Kong. We do an empirical analysis with gray correlation analysis method to grasp the correlation between Hong Kong and the real estate of Macao. The results show that the real estate in- dustry in Macao is highly dependent on Hong Kong. Therefore, we should take advantage of the driving force from Hong Kong to propel the development of the real estate industry of Macao.
