糜蛋白酶的研究概况

摘要 糜蛋白酶是一种主要贮存在肥大细胞分泌颗粒中的糜蛋白样丝氨酸蛋白酶,也是肾素-血管紧张素系统的活性成员之一,在体内发挥着诸多重要作用。本文就糜蛋白酶的生物学特征及与肾素-血管紧张素系统的相关功能予以综述。
