摘要
目的应用近红外漫反射光谱法对缬沙坦胶囊进行一致性检验。方法使用矢量归一化法对某厂家缬沙坦胶囊进行预处理,建立一致性检验方法。结果经验证,该方法能准确无误地鉴定缬沙坦胶囊。结论本方法快速简便,结果准确,适用于药品质量在线监控和假劣药品的快速筛查。
Objective To establish the near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy method to perform conformity test of Valsartan Capsules. Method Valsartan Capsules from different manufacturers were collected and measured to establish conformity test by vector normalization（SNV） for spectra data pretreatment. Results The method could accurately identify Valsartan Capsules.Conclusion Conformity test method is simple,rapid and accurate.It can be implemented in medicine quality control on-line and fast screening of counterfeit drug.
