貂圆环病毒感染的分子流行病学研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了解我国规模化养貂场的貂圆环病毒感染情况,利用PCR方法对2013年9月到2014年9月采集自山东、河北和辽宁地区185份水貂样品进行检测,共得到101份阳性样品,阳性率为54.6%,并在每个地区选取1份阳性样品进行序列分析。结果表明,我国规模化养貂场水貂圆环病毒感染率较高,序列分析表明,山东地区与辽宁地区毒株序列一致,河北地区毒株略有差别。系统演化分析显示,分离获得的貂圆环病毒基因与蝙蝠圆环病毒亲缘关系一致性最高为73%,与其他圆环病毒亲缘关系较远。 The purpose of this study was to epidemiologically characterize eircovirus that infected minks, 250 samples collect- ed from Shandong, Hebei and Liaoning province from September 2013 through September 2014 were investigated using a poly- merase chain reaction (PCR)based method. A total of 128 positive samples were examined, showing an average infection rate of MiCV of^51.2%. One positive sample from each area was additionally analyzed by virus gene cloning and sequencing. It was re- vealed that the mink cicovirus was very prevalent in China. The cap gene sequence of Shandong origin circovirus was completely the same as that of Liaoning origin cirovirus with a slight difference from that of Hebei origin circovirus. Phylogenetic analysis pre- sented that the circovirus observed in this study was genetically closest to the XO bat eircovirus with a sequence similarity of about 73%.
