跨科室团队协作管理病区急救药品的实践与效果

目的规范临床科室急救药品基数、储存、摆放和使用,保障患者用药安全。方法护理部、医务科与药剂科形成跨科室团队急救药品管理小组,制订急救药品管理制度,落实督查和质量持续改进。结果临床科室急救药品通用设置种类减少,增加专科药品储存数量,达到"过期药品零发生,急救药品质量100%合格"的药品质量管理目标,同时减轻了护士管理急救药品的工作量,将更多时间用于患者的直接护理。
