克龄蒙治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效探讨

The clinical effects of Climen on perimenopausal syndrome

目的探讨克龄蒙治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法选取2013年我院围绝经期健康女性30例,30例对象均有围绝经期临床表现,另选取在我院体检健康、月经规则的健康生育期女性50例作为对照组。每天口服克龄蒙1片,连服21天,治疗3个月后对30例患者进行Kupperman评分,并检测血卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)与服药前后子宫内膜厚度。结果患者治疗前后K评分、血FSH下降明显,E2升高明显,子宫内膜厚度增厚,评价指标具有统计学意义。结论克龄蒙能有效缓解围绝经期综合征症状,疗效较好,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of climen on perimenopausal syndrome. Method Thirty cases of healthy perimenopausal women in my hospital were included in 2013. All of them presented perimenopausal manifestations.At the same time, fifty cases of healthy control subjects with regular menstrual cycles were collected from our medical examination center. The perimenopausal subjects were treated with one tablet climen every 21 days in a month. After three months of treatment, they were reevaluated with Kupperman score method. The effects on follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH）, estradiol （E2） and endometrial thickness were compared with those of pretreatment.Result In comparison with those of pretreatemtn,their K score and FSH were decreased significantly while their E2 and endometrial thickness were increased significantly .Conclusion Climen can effectively alleviate the symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome.The curative effect is so good that it may has the important value of clinical application.
