摘要 运用溶液聚合法合成了含有双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)单体的水溶性可常温固化的有机硅改性丙烯酸酯树脂,并添加一定量的中和剂三乙胺(TEA)、快干水(乙醇)、慢干水(丙二醇甲醚)、固化剂己二酸二酰肼(ADH)和助剂,利用酮肼交联反应,配制成丙烯酸酯清漆。考察了DAAM、ADH与TEA用量以及表干时间对漆膜性能、凝胶时间的影响,得出最佳条件为:DAAM用量控制在单体总质量的15.0%,DAAM与ADH的摩尔比为2∶1,表干时间45 min,中和度70%~80%。此时漆膜综合性能最好:光亮,硬度3H,附着力0级,耐水浸泡24 h完好,耐乙醇擦拭94次。 A water-soluble and room temperature-curable organic silicon-modified acrylate resin containing monomer of diacetone acrylamide (DAAM) was synthesized by solution polymerization, and then mixed with a certain amount of triethylamine (TEA) as neutralizer, ethanol as fast-evaporating solvent, propylene glycol monomethyl ether as slow- evaporating solvent, adipic acid dihydrazide (ADH) as curing agent, and other additives to prepare an acrylate varnish based on ketone-hydrazine crosslinking reaction. The effects of DAAM, ADH, and TEA amounts as well as time of surface drying on the performance of film and gelation time were studied. The optimal conditions for synthesis of acrylate varnish were determined as follows: DAAM 15.0% by mass of total monomers, molar ratio of DAAM to ADH 2: 1, surface drying time 45 rain, and neutralization degree 70% ~ 80%. The film obtained thereunder has the best performance: high glossiness, pencil hardness 3H, adhesion 0 grade, immersion in water 24 h unchanged, and ethanol scrub resistance 94 times.
