摘要
以KH550改性的纳米锑掺杂氧化锡粉体(ATO)与Bayhydrol XP 2593水性聚氨酯(WPU)分散体为原料,与成膜助剂、消泡剂、流平剂、附着力促进剂等复配,通过正交试验优化复合涂料的配方,制得了分散稳定的水性纳米ATO/聚氨酯复合涂料。助剂配方正交优化结果表明,以二乙二醇乙醚为成膜助剂、用量约3.0%,以Z-6040为附着力促进剂、用量约4.0%,以BYK094为消泡剂、用量约0.05%,以Du Pont FSJ为流平剂、用量约0.1%,以WT-207为增稠剂、用量约0.06%,可以制得综合性能良好的ATO/WPU复合涂料,其涂膜铅笔硬度可达H、附着力1级,可见光透过率为83.6%,隔热效果良好,降温可达6.5°C。
A water-based nano-ATO/polyurethane composite coating with good dispersion stability was prepared using KH550-modified nanometer antimony-doped tin oxide (ATO) powder and water-based polyurethane (WPU) dispersion Bayhydrol XP 2593 as raw materials and with film-forming assistant, defoamer, leveler, and adhesion enhancer via optimizing the formulation by orthogonal test. It was found that the ATO/WPU composite coating obtained with ca.3% diethylene glycol diethylether as film-forming assistant, ca.4% Z-6040 as adhesion enhancer, ca.0.05% BYK094 as defoamer, ca.0.1% DuPont FSJ as wetting and leveling agent, and ca.0.06% WT-207 as thickener has good comprehensive performance: hardness up to H, adhesion strength 1 grade, visible-light transmittance 83.6%, and temperature lowering degree up to 6.5 ℃, showing good heat insulation property.
