摘要
根据荧光显微照相原理、聚合物改性沥青的相态结构分析、改性沥青的混合原理等,对不同型号的SBS改性剂与同一基质沥青配制改性沥青过程中的样品进行显微观测,同时对其不同时段的相态结构进行照片拍摄,并结合微观观测结果与改性沥青离析试验结果,对改性沥青的相态结构与其存储稳定性之间的关系进行研究。研究表明:分析改性沥青制备过程中聚合物改性剂的存在相态,可为改性沥青制备温度、时间等提供依据;聚合物改性剂在沥青中越容易混合、粒径越小,所制备的改性沥青的稳定性越好,软化点的提高越显著;对同一基质沥青,嵌段比大的SBS改性剂对基质沥青的改性效果好,所制备的改性沥青稳定性更好。
In accordance with the principle of fluorescence optical microscopy, morphology analysis of polymer modified asphalt and the mixed principle of modified asphalt, etc. , this paper carries out micro - observation for samples during preparation of modified asphalt with different types of SBS modifiers and asphalt of the same matrix, and meanwhile takes photos of its morphologies in different periods of time, and studies the relationship between morphologies and storage stability of modified asphalt in combination with the results of micro - observation and the results of separation test for modified asphalt. The study shows that analysis for existing morphologies of polymer modifiers during preparation of modified asphalt can provide bases for preparation temperature and time, etc. of modified asphalt; the easier the polymer modifiers is mixed in asphalt and the smaller the particle size, the better the stability of the prepared modified asphalt and the more remarkable the improvement of softening point; for asphalt of the same matrix, SBS modifier at larger block ratio shows good modified effect on matrix asphalt, and the stability of the prepared modified asphalt is better.
