摘要
通麦特大桥位于国道G318西藏自治区通麦段上,桥位所在处为温差大的高原地区。采用有限元模型进行计算分析和温控方式比选,确定通麦特大桥锚碇混凝土采用无降温管施工。施工过程中采取各种减小大体积混凝土内外温差的措施,并对混凝土进行温度控制和监测。检测结果表明,大体积锚碇混凝土未产生有害裂纹,检测结果和计算结果吻合较好。锚碇无降温管大体积混凝土温控技术可为西藏自治区同类桥梁锚碇混凝土施工提供参考。
Tongmai Super- large Bridge is located at Tongmai section of G318 National Highway in Tibet Autonomous Region and in plateau area with big temperature difference. This paper calculates, analyzes, compares and selects temperature control modes by means of finite - element model to determine construction of anchored concrete of Tongmai Super - large Bridge with uncooled pipes. During construction various measures to reduce temperature difference between inside and outside of bulk concrete and temperature of concrete is controlled and monitored. The result of detection shows that bulk anchored concrete does not produce harmful cracks, and the result of detection shows good agreement with the calculated result. The temperature control technique for anchored bulk concrete with uncooled pipes can provide a reference for construction of anchored concrete of similar bridges in Tibet Autonomous Region.
