摘要
针对高速公路电子不停车收费(ETC)系统大规模社会化发行的需求,结合实际系统应用经验,提出电子标签在线发行的概念,给出在线发行系统的构成形式、发行流程和数据安全保证机制,并分析发行终端设备原型和相应的数据接口,以及后台服务系统的配置和功能等。该在线发行系统可实现ETC电子标签的移动式在线发行,适用于其大规模社会化发行应用,有助于提高ETC系统的服务质量和运营效益。
Aiming at the demand of large - scale socialized distribution of expressway electronic toll collection （ETC） system and in combination with experiences on application of practical system, this paper proposes a concept of electronic labels online distribution, presents constitutional form, distribution process and data safety guarantee mechanism of online distribution system, and analyzes distribution terminal equipment prototype and corresponding data interfaces as well as configuration and functions of background service system, etc. This online distribution system can realize mobile online distribution of ETC electronic labels and is applicable to large - scale socialized distribution application and assists in improvement of service quality and operating benefit of ETC system.
