重庆市主城区“快速路不快”原因分析及发展对策

Analysis for Reasons of “Slow Expressways”in Central Downtown of Chongqing and Development Countermeasures

目前重庆市主城区快速路网交通流量大、运行效率低,多条快速路已经发展成为常态化拥堵,严重制约了城市的经济发展。通过梳理及追述现状路网形成途径及规划路网评估,运用大量现状交通流量数据及运行速度对重庆市主城区快速路在路网结构、节点控制、建筑开口及建设时序上存在的问题进行深层次分析,并借鉴国内外快速路的发展经验及建设标准,结合重庆市主城区的实际情况,提出解决对策。

At present the expressway network in central downtown of Chongqing faces large traffic flow and low operating efficiency, and multiple expressways have developed into normalized traffic jam and seriously restrict economic development of the city. By combing and recalling forming ways of existing highway network and planning evaluation for highway network, this paper carries out a deeper analysis for problems of expressways in central downtown of Chongqing existing in highway network structure, node control, architecture opening and construction timing by means of a large number of existing traffic flow data and operating speeds, and proposes countermeasures by referring to development experiences and construction standards of domestic and foreign expressways and in combination with the actual situations in central downtown of Chongqing.
