摘要 基于道路交通系统特征和交通安全影响因素分析,构建包括道路线形、路基路面、交通安全设施3个1级指标及11个2级指标的高速公路交通安全评价指标体系,并采用改进的层次分析法来确定各指标权重。以模糊理论为基础,建立高速公路交通安全状况模糊综合评价模型,并以广东省汕昆高速公路北斗至清潭段为例,对其交通安全现状进行评价。 Based on analysis for the features of road traffic system and influence factors of traffic safety, this paper establishes an evaluation index system for traffic safety of expressways including 3 class 1 indices, i. e. road linetype, roadbed pavement, traffic safety facility and 11 class 2 indices, and determines the weights of all indices by means of improved analytical hierarchy process. On the basis of fuzzy theory, the paper establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for traffic safety of expressways and evaluates the status quo of traffic safety with Beidou - Qingtan section of Shantou - Kunming Expressway in Guangdong as an example.
