摘要
结合PCCP构造提出相邻管道转角产生的影响因素和最大自由转角的计算方法,并采用数值分析法对管道应力进行计算,确定临界强制位移为0.46°,最大相对强制转角一旦大于0.46°时,管道就会发生局部混凝土管芯破坏,导致漏水事故。研究成果可用于实际工程中的PCCP管道安全性评价。
The influence factor of adjacent pipes angle and the calculation method of the maximum free angle were presented combining with the PCCP structure, and the numerical calculation of pipe stress on the soft soil foundation was conducted. From the results, the critical forced displacement value is 0.46°. Once the maximum forced displacement is greater than 0.46°, the part of concrete pipe core would he broken and lead to leakage. The research results can be used to evaluate the safety of PCCP.
