结合澳门C370轻轨一期氹仔口岸段建造工程项目,论述项目实施过程中应对项目设计文件、施工图、施工工艺、施工材料及质量验收等全过程、全方位进行有效的技术质量管理和监督,保证项目施工质量;加强与业主、设计单位、监理单位、质量控制单位等各单位的及时沟通。

Combined with C370-construction works for Taipa border gate section of Macao LRT phase I , to deal with project design documents, construction drawings, construction technology, construction materials and quality acceptance in the project implementation process, we should carry on the whole process and full range of technical and quality for effective management and supervision to ensure the quality of construction projects, and should strengthen the timely communication with the client, designer, supervision, quality controller and other parties.
