MEASURING METHOD OF THERMAL DEFORMATION OF GROUND HEAT EXCHANGE PIPES AND ITS APPLICATION

摘要 针对地下换热管的热形变问题,提出采用应变测量法,通过建立受热管体形变位置与其应变的关系,实现利用管体轴向应变测量值推算管体热形变。研究表明,提出的应变测量方法与对比测量方法结果吻合良好,该方法可为进一步深入研究地下换热管热结构特性以及管土间隙和传热衰减等问题奠定基础。 In order to evaluate the thermal deformation of ground heat exchanger, a strain measuring method was proposed, which could deduce the pipe' s thermal deformation based on the measured axial pipe strains and through establishing the relation between the pipe' s deformation position and strains. The study shows that the results from the strain measuring method are in a good agreement with the comparing measuring results. The strain measuring method can be the foundation of further study in the thermal-structure performance of ground heat exchanger, the gap between pipe and soil, and the weakening in heat transfer.
